What is shadow work, and how can we use it to heal from trauma?
We are chatting with Winnie Chan Wang, a trauma-informed licensed acupuncturist and energy healer, about all things shadow work. Winnie shares her own journey into this line of work and what it means to explore the darkness within ourselves. We discuss how trauma stores itself in the body, the most common shadows we experience (and the blessings behind each of them), whether forgiveness is necessary in order to heal, and how we can shift away from feelings of unworthiness.
